Why did we create Wo Ai Ni Events 🙋
We're both of Chinese descent, with parents who migrated to Australia (shout to the ABCs!) — the country we now proudly call home. Growing up in Australia and boarding during our high school years, we lost touch with much of our Chinese culture and traditions.
As we got older and spent more time with family, we began to reconnect with our heritage. Fast forward a few years — Anita and Steve met, got engaged, and tied the knot ♾️
Our Chinese Tea Ceremony was a truly unforgettable experience. Dressed in traditional attire, surrounded by loved ones, and embracing meaningful customs, we felt deeply connected to our culture. It was a day filled with laughter, love, and joy — a moment we’ll always cherish.
We enjoyed it so much that we wanted others to experience the same magic. That’s why we created Wo Ai Ni Events — to help you create a Tea Ceremony that feels just as special. And it all starts with the perfect Tea Ceremony backdrop 🧧 🫖
